*Reservations are required at least 24 Hours In Advance* Immerse yourself in a 1 1/2 hour long in-person sound bath with the soothing sounds of the crystal chakra singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and a buffalo drumming with light music. Sound Therapy is one of the most powerful healing techniques! Sitting in the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls alone is amazing because clear quartz has the ability to amplify, transform, store and transfer energy. By allowing yourself to quiet the mind simply through this sound bath of all instruments, you'll find the calm, peace and balance in the vibrations of the bowls along with the other healing instruments. As you lie down, sit or recline comfortably, Nicole will create the sounds of the healing musical instruments to help balance and cleanse the chakras. These sounds alone may facilitate a deep state of meditation, providing your entire being the space it needs to heal. Findings of resonant frequency of organs is happening worldwide by doctors to assist in vibrating the whole body back into a state of health, and transfuse illness and diseases such as anxiety, PTSD, migraines, depression, memory issues, chronic pain, sleep disorders, and even cancer.
